Merry Christmas, Brewers Fans!

Here's to a healthy and happy holiday for everybody.

Last year, Doug Melvin's "Christmas gift" to us was a long-term deal from Jeff Suppan ... let's hope that after the Melvin family opens their presents and gorges on their holiday feast, Doug gets to work putting the finishing touches on the 2008 Crew.

As far as I'm concerned, that would be even better than getting the tenth season of South Park on DVD, though I'm holding out hope that I'll get both.

I got two Brewer Calenders (wall and desk), a Brewer Christmas Tree Ornament, and an awesome Brewer Beer cozy that has a magnet so it can be magnetized to the fridge (best gift ever).

I think my family knows im obsessed.

I was in Appleton yesterday

The sports store there had a 70% off rack with an Estrada 33 home jersey proudly displayed. I almost bought it, on a lark, but I was afraid if I put it on I'd never get past Cinnabon.

Hey, there! We did well last year. Our team made as strong a showing as we did this season is a tribute to our young, exciting offense. But a team can get by with great offense and bad defense from its corner positions. Imagine the Brewers break camp with Hardy, Weeks, and Hall slotted to see as much time in 2008 as they did in 2007, we will be lucky to win as many games as we did this year. And it will be a fruitful year. I'm not dispointed by Melvin's decision. Jeff Suppan is a a productive pitcher, he makes his own contributions to other pitchers and the team with personal good work ethic. And now it's for Jeff and South Park's fan. I have watched South Park tenth season time and again. It's filled with some very memorbale and hilarious episodes. Still fresh and witty with biting paradies of modern life. My two favorites here are Smug Alert and Make Love. It provides me a lot of good memories, and makes me 2008 joyful and carefree. I think every fan should not miss it, it's really a good choice.
