The wrong way to hit for the cycle

My dad records Brewers games for STATS, inc., and has done so for a long time so he remembers certain oddities that happen. One such occurrence took place on April 21, 1991 when the Brewers hosted the Toronto Blue Jays. B.J. Surhoff was the catcher for the Crew that day and was in the midst of another slow start to the season. The interesting thing about his day was not that he recorded an 0-for-5 in the box score, but how he did it.

In the bottom of the 2nd he grounded out to the shortstop.
In the bottom of the 4th he grounded out to the pitcher.
In the bottom of the 6th he grounded out to the third baseman.
In the bottom of the 8th he grounded out to the first baseman.
In the bottom of the 10th he grounded out to the second baseman.

In effect, he grounded out for the cycle. One grounder to every infielder starting the play in fair territory. My dad's never seen that again and I can't figure it happens that often, if at all. Does anyone else know of another game like that, or perhaps one where a player went 0-for-6 and grounded to everyone including the catcher?
