Yost
100.0% - Ned Yost's 1st inning, 0-out walk into the dugout as the manager, gave St. Louis the lead.

In theory
That should mean we'll win tonight with Yost suspended for the game.

not quite...
but it does mean we'll have a chance.  Turnbow can still blow the save.
Weird, but not weird.

I'd almost be willing to bet
That we won't see Turnbow the rest of the season, unless if the Brewers are blowing out the Padres. I think yesterday was the last chance he'll get this year in close games.

Weird, but not weird.

I'm curious
to see what a Yostless Crew will do.
"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"

Ode to spring.

I like the snow as much as anybody who likes snow. I even don't dread shoveling. Still, I find myself anxious for spring.

Why?

I can't wait to play hookey from work or school and make it to a game at Miller Park. I want to have the money I save now go to a goal other than just tuition and bills. I want to sit behind home plate and watch Brauny hit a monstrous homer.

And that, my friends, is all I want for Christmas - spring.
