PrintIt's a reclamation project, but it's a heck of a lot smarter (assuming the money is reasonable) than some of the reliever projects that the Cardinals took on last offseason. This isn't going to change my assessment of the Cards chances in 2008--basically a straight shot at third place--but it is an improvement.
