wow...
I’m not sure what is higher, the amount of storage space in his basement, or his slugging next year
I just sit back and root for the taser

They SAY it's $7.3 million
But it’ll cost at least half a mil to clean up all the grit and 5 o’clock stubble lying around.
"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"

don't forget
if the kitchen doesn’t fall apart in the first year of new ownership, there’s a $8MM vesting option.
Also, cheese.

I'd buy it.
If I had that kind of money. Seems like an OK house.
A bit small for my tastes, I might have to add on additions.

The odd part about this is
that I live about six blocks from that house. (I’m on the other side of the hill, away from the ocean; my house doesn’t have the “panoramic ocean views” or $7.3M pricetag.) I’ve taken my son, the Braunophile, past it on my bike numerous times when it was undergoing remodelling last year, but I never knew that Kendall owned it.
Actually, if I had known that he owned it, back when he was playing for the A’ss and Cubs, I might have egged it….
