Winter League Update for 12/12/2008
In Venezuela:
- Jorge Julio struck out the only batter he faced for his sixth VWL save.
- R.J. Swindle gave up a hit but nothing else in a third of an inning of work Wednesday.
In Puerto Rico: New Brewer Eduardo Morlan is pitching for Caguas and has posted a 2.77 ERA in 13 innings despite giving up a run in three of his last four outings. He last pitched on Tuesday.
