Jamie in LA's Spring Report - Final Photo Post

Hey Dudes,

So, the trip to Arizona was excellent.  I look forward to it every year; but I have to say this year was the best.  I had good friends to hang out with and watched a lot of baseball.

The Brewers are primed for a great season, and I feel fortunate to have been able to go down there and watch them work out.  I am envious of all of you guys that live in Wisconsin and get to saunter over to Miller Park on a regular basis.  I probably won't see the Brew till they come out here in August.

Enclosed are the remainder of the photos from my trip.

Here's to a Championship Season!

Hold on
One of your last pics has a player (Erehart) with a #19 jersey!! How is that possible??? They retired Yount's number back in 1994.  What's the deal?

Probably cause he's not in major league camp
I'd guess there's a difference between being officially in camp with the major league team and being a minor league guy around the complex when it comes to assigning numbers.

that was the first things i thought...
when i saw it.  pretty strange.  you would think that the guy would decline that number or something...

Disappointed
Not only should the player decline the number but the organization should refuse to issue the Jersey's at ANY level.  That goes for Yount 19, Molitor 4, Fingers 34, or Aaron 44!!
