If WV hadn't gotten game 2 in...
the minor league game scores might not have added up to the game score that Gallardo got.
Also, cheese.
Roque Mercedes is really frustrating
His strikes are really up this year and until this game he hadn’t been walking anyone (and I think all his walks came in one inning yesterday). He’s still giving up a ton of hits though. Still, he’s only 21 and seems to be a good candidate to get moved to the bullpen if he continues to struggle in the rotation.
He's extremely quick and good.
