ESPN Article on Cameron

 

 

This interesting piece on Cameron really looks into his emotional state. It sounds like he is very emotionally disturbed about this suspension and it crushed him. I hope the humiliation doesn't turn him "soft"... as the article mentioned he has been gardening and spending time with his children.

 

All I know is that I am excited that he is coming back today. His arrival has been awaited, but I think that people may be factoring too much into his return. I still see a guy who will strike out a lot before Braun and Prince but has great defensive abilities and overall an improvement, but not a difference maker. I am not counting on him even batting .270 for the season. So I think the more important comeback and much more vital to the Brewers success tonight is Ben Sheets.

I will be at the game tonight with some Cubs fans. I will proudly wear my Brewers hat and bullpen jacket (which I think is hideous) as it is really cold out there today.

I also know this will be a day where people start measuring our record from. Last year it was 24-10. This year it will be the Brewers started 14-11 without Cameron, and since there record has been...
