Brewers reliever Riske lands on DL [DiFelice called up]

It turns out that Mark DiFelice's lifelong dream will be realized ... at Fenway Park, against one of the best offenses the game has ever seen.

Welcome to the big leagues, buddy!

Are they planning on

giving him a start? No one seems to know anywhere that I’ve read.

Whenever prince is at first, he should charge the mound and yell "MEAT!"

It'd be neat if he started Saturday

Last start notwithstanding, it’d probably be a lot more exciting for most Brewers fans to see DiFelice make his debut on national TV than watch Bush again. I doubt it’ll happen though. I suspect he’ll just fill in as a long reliever, allowing McClung to shift into more a middle relief role.

If he can shut down the Yankees
why not the Red Sox?

haha

if he were getting the results he was getting in 04-06, we wouldn’t be having this conversation :).

Also, cheese.

Dave Bush had a complete game???

I thought his contract said no more than 7 innings…....

Personally, I think we got hosed on that one! - Harry Doyle

A little off-topic, but

whatever happened to Randol Doyle Choate? Has he been eaten by a bear?

Hand still broken

He can’t throw yet.

Well that's what happens when you try to fend off bears

with your bear hand

why is it

that you always come up with the lion’s share of puns?

do you spend all day ferreting them out?

Also, cheese.

Damnit, that's what I was going to say

You skunked me. You’re such a weasel.

He's extremely quick and good.
