Please, let's split this one. Ok?
Ben Sheets takes the hill for us, and Jay Bergmann goes for the other guys.
Game time is 12:35 CT, and here's the BR Game Preview. You can read my answers to Miss Chatter's questions here...and if you missed her answers to mine, scroll down or click here.

Yay Ned for changing the strategy you do that works!
2B Rickie Weeks
CF Mike Cameron
LF Ryan Braun
1B Prince Fielder
RF Corey Hart
3B Russell Branyan
SS J.J. Hardy
C Jason Kendall
RHP Ben Sheets
I take back everything I’ve ever said about Ned having an open mind about statistics and new analysis.
Whenever prince is at first, he should charge the mound and yell "MEAT!"
My favorite part of this move is his comment that hitting the pitcher 8th was working, but not as well as he'd hoped.
So clearly, a change was necessary. It’s sort of like when you buy a purported 300yd driver, which adds 40yds to your drives, but doesn’t get you all the way to 300yds, and you snap it over your knee in frustration. It makes TOTAL sense.

Sounds like
you hit a golf ball about as far as I do
;-)
Hardy
And yet he’s quick to jump on JJ for when he says he did better in his spot last year and doesnt like where he’s at now. “Oh well thats something JJ really needs to correct, he should do somethin about blah blah blah”
- Ned Yost
"You have no honor!" - McClung to Fukudome
Whatever...
It Probably will make a difference, I bet Benny will end up leading off a few innings. You never want that to happen.
"Get up, get up, get outta' here, GONE!!!"
Get your Prince Fielder action figures!
Now, with warning track power!

Oh well, game off
no more white house propaganda in baseball please.
Sheets getting hit hard today
I guess it says something when he is, but has only given up two runs and its the sixth.
Jerry Meals, HP ump calls strike for a ball over the opposite batters box
Another ball is called a strike, but Corey ends up singling on a grounder.
lets get this man
in the starting rotation:)
jk;)

lead off runner - dare I hope? Brauny and Fielder to follow
Cam with a steal on the first pitch as well
Cameron
why steal? we both know Braun can’t hit with RISP:P You have a better chance scoring from first on a double than Braun can get a hit with RISP. Steal during Hart’s AB.
that'll work
when i saw “in play run(s)” I was hoping it was a homer;)

yeah...
wtf happened there? they’ve been pulling him for pinch runners all series. So…what’d cameron do wrong?

now gameday..
is registering Young with a homer. so…people with TVs, what’s going on?
by PagsBrewCrew on May 26, 2008 2:53 PM CDT up reply actions
Terrible call
Ball hit off top of the wall. Umpires met and changed it to a home run. It wasn’t.

How many of these...
Close calls on home runs have their been in the last two weeks? You paying attention, Bud Selig? Maybe if it contributes to a Brewers loss, then you’ll finally change your stance.
Branyan due for a bomb
He hasn’t had one in six major league at-bats this year. Clearly, it’s on its way.
Councill, Weeks, Cameron...
There’s a recipie for success…
"Get up, get up, get outta' here, GONE!!!"
Brad Nelson
He is playing 3B today in Memphis. When do you think he gets a shot at the hot corner for the big club?
Ichiro, on facing Daisuke Matsuzaka for the first time: "I hope he arouses the fire that's dormant in the innermost recesses of my soul."
villy only had 12 pitches into the 10th
he’s good for at least two or three more innings
Let’s not forget that CV “failed” as a starter because his manager stubbornly refuses to accept that CV pitches well for the first 70 pitches, THEN like clockwork the bottom falls out. I’m not a numbers guy, but that historical trend should be obvious even to our cretinous manager.

if we don't get anyone on base
Villy gets to pitch one more
if we do get someone on, my guess is they’ll burn Torres
by PagsBrewCrew on May 26, 2008 3:30 PM CDT up reply actions
Villy bats
in any case, if it’s my choice. Which it ISN’T.

lol...gutsy
stealing right after a pitchout

makeup call on a couple of thos pitches to kendall
the ump must want to make sure the brewers win and the game gets over so he can take a piss
by PagsBrewCrew on May 26, 2008 3:41 PM CDT up reply actions
wow...seriously
what’s happened to the strikezone? I see 4 balls in the last 2 ABs that would have been strikes just an inning ago.
1 out
pinch hitter (.276) up to bat against bob howry
by PagsBrewCrew on May 26, 2008 3:52 PM CDT up reply actions
.269 0 HR pinch hitter in
