Salome DH'ing again

I know he can’t be behind the plate all the time but it seems like he has been DH’ing a lot recently. Maybe that is just my eyes paying extra attention when I see it though.

Visit my baseball blog ...or else!

As of this weekend, his AB splits are 139/10 C/DH.

He's extremely quick and good.

Lorenzo Cain

bumped all the way up to AAA?

Yup

See FanShot.

He's extremely quick and good.

Interesting, anyway

I would have thought they’d move up one of the AA outfielders to replace Iribarren.

Huntsville is in the last week of a tight pennant race

The theory is that LaPorta (or, dark horse, Michael Brantley) will switch places with Cain after the first half in the Southern League is over.

He's extremely quick and good.
