Can Mota Pitch to Braun for the HR Derby?

If Mota pitches to Ryan Braun for the derby, he could win it in the first round. Braun could have 30+ HR within the first five outs.

The rest of the HR derby participants won't even bother to step up to the plate. They will just wish that Mota was pitching to them.

Then Melvin & Co and DFA him 20 minutes after the derby.

Right now the only role that Mota should be playing for the Crew is BP pitcher.

I would suggest Turnbow

But Braun would never get a pitch within 8 feet of the plate.

The tip

is that Kendall screams an expletive when he sees a 82 mph slider not sliding and traveling towards the heart of the plate. The batter is then alerted and usually hits the pitch.

And neck size to baby eating ratio.
