Yup.....
For the season now they only trail those innings by 34 runs (140-106). So, still a long way to go…..
I’ll be happy when they are winning just one of those frames individualy. 2 more in the 8th pulls us even in that frame. Still, doubled up 42-21 in the 9th isn’t good. I’m sure we’re due for one of those 6 run 9th inning DBack style comeback wins any day now. :)

amazing
I don’t know if he is the most worthy… BUT
It shows how enthusiastic the Milwaukee fan base has come, sellout crowds on Tuesday and Thursday, the revived enthusiasm for the season, the signing of Carsten, just huge for the fans

yeah
To beat out a guy like David Wright – nationally well-known, New Yorker, and having a roughly equal season to Hart – just amazes me.

Not to be a dick
But what is Villy doing pitching in a 10 run game when you have Mota, Shouse, Riske and Gagne on the roster and healthy? Can’t we save the second best pitcher in the bullpen for games that are important?
maybe they don't want him to get rusty?
and situationally Shouse is better.
And that Gagne guy has potential.
But yeah, was a better situation for Riske or (gasp) Mota.

New York Mets
Have won 6 games in a row… I am thinking they will be neck and neck in the wildcard race come late Sept… I know we still have 70 some games to go, but with Santana, they are another team to fear going down the stretch, and the scoreboard I would be watching moreso than the Cubs

I prefer this one for obvious reasons

Congratulations, Corey!
We Brewer fans just helped bid up your future salary
probably earned him a bonus this year, too.
Also, cheese.

Here’s a good reason to love the Brewers even more.
Watch his little girls face. She knows what’s coming.
that is kind of sad
she looked a little scared. Hopefully Corey buys her something nice with the bonus.
That is definitely
an awesome picture

Indians fan here
First let me say that I voted for Burrell. I think he got totally robbed (.993 OPS vs. Hart’s .842).
Still, congrats to Corey Hart. He’s a good player. And good luck to your team (go CC!).
We all agree about Burrell getting robbed
but if that was the point of the All-Star game, Jason Vartiek wouldn’t be starting.
