Things were pretty crappy here when we lost the division last year
They just lost a huge four game series at home they have the right to be pissed. The leadership group is pretty good there so don’t judge the blog on a few posters.

This is one of the most fun times I’ve had been a Brewers fan. Seriously, people don’t laugh anymore when I say I root for them. I have a ticket for the last game of the homestand, I hope it does not disappoint.
I can’t wait to hear the LaRussa postgame audio. Also, the rain of boos from the crowd at the end of the game was priceless.

Zach Cozart, the guy who was hit in the head with a pitch and had to leave the game, is a pretty good prospect
2nd-round pick, 22-year-old SS hitting .276/.334/.474 at Class A. He played there last year too, though, so his performance should be discounted a little, and he’s a little old for the league.

Alcides Escobar apparently injured his finger
on a play at the plate. I did email the stars box score guy, he hasn’t gotten back to me yet (as I wouldn’t expect him to). He didn’t play in game 2 of a doubleheader. No further news at this point.

How about some appreciation for Torres? He struck out the side against some tough hitters, after probably not expecting to come in. I’m ecstatic about Braun’s homer, but Salomon Torres should share some of the glory. What a performance.
