Indians acquire Anthony Reyes from St. Louis for minor leaguer

I'm in awe of Dave Duncan, but at the same time, he and the rest of the Cards org have royally screwed Anthony Reyes. Now I won't feel as bad about rooting for Reyes to succeed despite all that.

I can't believe that they ended up dumping Reyes for a minor-league reliever

His socks alone should be worth more than that.

Why have the Cards done this?

He seems to pitching ok this year and he is still relatively young so why have they essentially given up on him? – I doubt Perdomo will ever amount to much.

They hate him

I’m only being slightly facetious. They didn’t like they way he used his repertoire and tried to get him to change, which he resisted.

Also, he's from France.

Can't you read?

I said he resisted.

France resisted something?

That’d be a historic first.

He's no Al Reyes

That’s for sure.
