Pena?

Turnbow-esque… 6 ER in 2/3 of an inning! Isn’t he the closer of the future… I see a game in 11 innings I don’t expect the score to be 10-1!

Everyone has their blowups… hopefully not a common occurence.

The designated hitter rule is like letting someone else take Wilt Chamberlain's free throws.

Sadly, it's becoming one

It started the last game before the All-Star break, when Luis blew a three-run lead in the ninth, then blew a four-run lead in the ninth on Friday night. It’s almost as if when Turnbow went on the DL, Pena decided to become more like Turnbow.

Don't forget his performance IN the All-Star Game

BCB's "very own marginally deserving all-star!"

Wow

So Nashville went into extra innings 1-1, and proceeded to give up 9 runs in the top of the 10th?

Wow.

In related news, when did we make Suppan our AAA closer?

"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"

err, top of the 11th, that is

Still, it’s Suppan-esque.

Lost in Nashville's 11th inning struggles

Mark DiFelice looks to have had an outing of uncharacteristic wildness. Not one, but two walks in eight innings?
