Salome was BA's Southern League Prospect of the Day
The same day the Brewers traded top prospect Matt LaPorta to Cleveland in a deal that included ace C.C. Sabathia, another Brewers prospect had a big day. Huntsville DH Angel Salome went 2-for-5 with two doubles, a run scored and an RBI. A fifth-round draft pick in 2005, Salome has recovered from injury and a failed drug test to become the Brewers’ eighth-ranked prospect, and he’s hitting .337 this season.

He's extremely quick and good.

Woo, donovan!

We’ve got Hand, and I hope we’re not gonna need it!

Also, cheese.

(I would just like to say

that I’m very proud of myself that I lasted this long without making that joke.)

Also, cheese.

Do you think he got a round of applause for the complete game?

That is, do you think the crowd gave him a Hand?

And neck size to baby eating ratio.
