I guess Anundsen isn't hitting a wall after all
Second straight good K/BB posting from Cody Adams, but he’s still too hittable for a second-round college draft pick playing in the Pioneer League.

Gamel and Gindl were named BA’s PCL and SAL Prospect of the Day, respectively.
Nashville third baseman Mat Gamel (Brewers) rebounded from a brutal Triple-A debut on Sunday (0-for-4, four strikeouts, error) to go 3-for-5 with a pair of RBIs and a run scored yesterday. The Sounds, who lost 9-8 to Albuquerque, reside in last place, meaning that the 23-year-old Gamel won’t be playing in a minor league playoff series. Instead, he may simply be getting a tune-up before a September callup to Milwaukee.
We don’t usually POTD honors to the same player two days in a row, but rain thinned out the Sally League’s schedule yesterday, so we’ll again give the nod to West Virginia (Brewers) right fielder Caleb Gindl for going 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI as the Power took another step towards clinching the Northern Division title with a 7-3 win over Lexington (Astros).

Atta Boy
Hopefully Gam Gam can keep it up. I think it’s at least one game without an E5 or an 0-4 now. Gotta get this guy on a roll like this again.
