Does anyone know his Canadian Team #? I saw a guy at the game last week with Canadian baseball hat with a #18.

Baseball Canada's website has a roster for the World Junior Championship
It says Lawrie wears #4. Francois Lefreniere, a 34th round pick of the Giants, wears #18. link
In the roster PDF file, it lists the addresses of the players. That seems weird.
