The trade, if accepted, would send two Stars interns, one intern to be named later and a game used Matt LaPorta jersey to the Packers in exchange for Favre. LaPorta was a Stars outfielder until being traded by Milwaukee to Cleveland for CC Sabathia, upgrading the Brewers roster.

the Stars’ site has had that running for a few weeks. Thought it was funny, too bad ESPN never threw that in to lighten up the annoying day in day out Favre watch.
Packers had quite a dilemma
I mean, Manny for Favre is a good deal, but this was probably even more tempting.
