Get Rid Of That Stupid Poll
Take down that idiotic jinx poll about who we want to play in the playoffs. I wish I could figure out exactly when it went up, but I'm awfully sure it was just before this homestand started because I can remember thinking what a terrible idea it was to put that up there at the time.
Please do us all an immediate favor and GET RID OF IT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!
Thank you kindly.

And stop putting Games Back of the Cubs and start putting Games Ahead of the Phillies and Mets

The Brewers’ magic number is 15. ;)

Actually, the poll went up at noon on Saturday
They won that day, so it can’t be that big of a jinx.

no, I'm pretty sure the poll is why we're losing.
Also, cheese.

This calls for
A new poll, asking whether or not the current poll is responsible for the team’s struggles.

Does anyone else think
that the old poll was trying to do too much with it?
"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"

It was pressing too much.
We've got uniforms and everything, it's really great!

The original poll
was just one pitch away from succeeding.

It needs to go the other way with it
Right now its a dead-poll hitter, grounding out weakly on the outside pitch.

My apologies
The premature posting I was thinking of was not the poll, but the post about our likely playoff roster. That went up during the series with the Pirates, just before the homestand.
I’m not a crazy superstitious lunatic. But let’s not put the cart before the horse. When you’re dealing with the Milwaukee Brewers, they of the 26 year playoff drought, you need to tread carefully here.
If we win the next seven though, I’m taking credit for the resurgence.

look don't pretend your better than us
You — like all of us — are definitely a crazy, superstitious, lunatic. If only Ned had the same level of common sense

New poll
For those of us ready to bid Yost adieu, how about a poll (again) on when he should go?
February 1, 2008 (seriously)
When Hall next starts
When he next excuses raging ineptitude
When he next utters the word “patience”
Never. He is MLB’s risen jehovah.
(Now, I feel better. Thanks for allowing me to spew some electrons on your screen….)

Sadly, I think the answer is:
Three seasons too late, he’s the baseball version of Wayne Fontes.

umm
I think the Matt Millen reign has Lion fans longing for the days of Wayne Fontes and Scott Mitchell.

The Lions' motto
“318 yards rushing and not a yard more!”
They take great pride in their defense.

Well yeah
Having a talented team that underperforms but is still competitive is better than having a pile of sh!t masquerading as professional athletes. But it is ultimately just as unsatisfying.

Maybe a poll question of who other than the Brewers would you prefer to be in the wild card
My guess is the team with the most votes will start losing…
The designated hitter rule is like letting someone else take Wilt Chamberlain's free throws.

It looks like it worked
The question on BCB’s poll determines whether or not the Brewers win!

The old poll
I was about ready to vote for “vs the Staten Island Twins in 2032” for our next playoff matchup.
