Gagne Giving Away Tickets to Thursday's Game
Hard to have hard feelings for the guy when he does this.

That's nice
Not only do those fans get tonight’s game for free, they’ll get a select game next year as well (that’s tonight, right?). Gagne’s a good guy, if not a good pitcher anymore.

What's French for overcompensation?
Maybe he’s in stage 3
did he go through an appropriate Anger phase?
P.S. JS blog appears offline.

I feel bad for him. A buddy of mine works at the country club he golfs at and through talking to him learned that he wanted to move his whole family up here and buy a house. And then the first two months of the season happened and he told them not to come up.
Feeling bad for him doesn’t mean I don’t think he sucks any less and that I don’t want him anywhere near the mound in a meaningful game but he’s at least a stand up guy.

New favorite 'roider
Class act by Gagne. I was lucky enough to get two of the free tickets this afternoon and took my 3 year old daughter. I managed to get her to sit for the first four innings before we had to go play in the kids’ areas. Got home in time to see the walk-off-slam on TV. She loved being at the park and so did I. Best $5 I’ve ever spent. ($2 transaction fee, $3 hot dog w/ secret sauce, free parking at a friend’s house in Story Hill) Plus I’ve now got two free tickets for a game next April. Sweet.
I was just disappointed that I was in the play area when Gagne took the mound and I wasn’t able to cheer him.
Gallardo got a pretty big reception from the crowd, during introductions and during his at-bat. I also noticed that Prince got some pretty big applause too when he was up. I think it is good will from his walk-off on Tuesday and his September play in general.

So what about Corey?
He needs to buy us something to get people to not boo.
Corey, you buy me a solid gold toilet, I’ll punch all the boo birds in their genitals.
