that would be huge. Either way it is a smart move for them to skip Harden once in the rotation and give him some rest.

The Cubs’ magic number for making the playoffs is 14. It’s almost to the point where they can coast to the finish without either of those guys working hard. The playoffs are obviously a different story, but they can afford to let them both heal. Sigh.

Who is Rich Harden?
Yeah, I know that people say he is that pitcher that the Cubs traded for, but when I see that odd smile he reminds me of someone else. Is it a character from a Batman movie or something? Maybe a cartoon character?
