no!
we have to form a solid voting bloc for “potential.” Vote for Braddock now, and I promise to throw my support behind Scarpetta once ZB is chosen.
Also, cheese.

I'm for it
Except I already voted and it looks like certainty might win out. However, for future rounds I might be able to oblige.

Dude.
No vote brokering.
What is this, Illinois?
I have an unreasonable dislike of Bill Hall.

Actually, I voted for Braddock too.
The above reaction to the possibility of shenanigans, even for a guy I like, is a hazard of my profession. Sorry.

No need for apologizes
If we were really looking to rig this baby I could just go to the library and vote for my guy on every computer without logging into my account. I’m not going to do that, it would ruin the spirit of this little endeavor, however as mentioned on a previous vote some people are voting multiple times.

Have you not been paying attention to Milw politics lately… we are Chicago North…

Brewerfan – “upside is nearly unrivaled.” Can you give a thumbnail of him as a pitcher? What is a reasonable timetable for arrival in Milwaukee?
The Manny Parra track to the majors is most likely
Hard-throwing lefty, around 90 and up to the mid-90s. Yay Youtube!
And seriously, someone needs to tell me how they could vote for Tim Dillard here. Braddock could be like Parra, Scarpetta could be like Jeffress, and you’re voting for a guy who could be a slightly above-replacement level reliever? That has value, but… really?
Scored three times and detonated an indisputable in four visits to the batting box.
Does he get to skip the whole nearly-got-his-head-ripped-off-by-an-enraged-vegetarian episode?

If I were a betting man
I would bet there might be some people who see that he has been up to the Majors already and feel that means he is better.

Neifi Perez has been up to the majors

I'm not so sure about this part
Scored three times and detonated an indisputable in four visits to the batting box.
What can I say?
I like the sinkerball. The idea of a guy coming out of the pen and getting the double play instead of giving up a RBI double excites me.
Why not go for Brent Brewer, than?
Eric Gagne DL time: May 23-June 29 Brewers record in that span: 20-9
Braddock's ceiling is based on health
Brewer’s ceiling is based on if he can learn to play baseball well.
In any case, you could make cases for Scarpetta, Periard, or Braddock. We’re just trying to fix the vote so Brad Nelson doesn’t win.
Scored three times and detonated an indisputable in four visits to the batting box.
Down with ceiling!
The minor leagues are littered with “high-ceiling” prospects who are labeled “can’t-miss” and then do precisely that. Imagine: it’s 3am, and the bullpen phone rings. Who do you want answering the phone? The youthful, inexperienced Zack Braddock? Or Tim Dillard, a seasoned major-league veteran with a career 2.000 OPS and fewer baserunners in 2008 than CC Sabathia. Tim DIllard requires no on-the-job training, and he’s ready to pitch on Game 1.
As we saw last year, one game can mean the difference between making the playoffs and going home early. In these uncertain times, vote for certainty.
Vote for Tim Dillard.
(I’m Tim Dillard, and I approve this blog post.)

"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"
Is that Tim Dillard in the photo?
Also, cheese.

I can't
More to the point, why does it look like she’s about to set the flag on fire?
"I will agree that the attitude [at BCB] is ridiculous and they have done so much to instigate animosity and then block us from responding. Real mature!"
Better that than the guillotine?
Also, cheese.
