Astrology in the afternoon: Trevor Hoffman

So today is a pretty big day for Trevor Hoffman. For the first time since 1993, he is no longer a member of the San Diego Padres, and in an offseason where most players aren't taking home the money they expected, Hoffman just inked a deal worth at least $6 million for 2009. Hoffman was born before they kept calendars on October 13, making him a Libra:
Your energy is high! You feel good and in harmony with yourself, the entire world and everybody in it. Others can feel this, so they in turn are drawn to you; making this a successful day for any kind of group endeavor. You could feel great support from those around you. Best of all, relations with the opposite sex are at a peak. This is a super day to go on a date, be married, or be in love! This time also signifies that intellectually based friendships may be plentiful. You are able to reflect and understand your own situation; just how you feel about yourself. Emotions or feelings of those around you may be very clear--a nice time. Love is in full bloom during this time and now is a good time to demonstrate your love to loved ones.
I guess we didn't really need to look to the stars to know this is a good day for Trevor Hoffman, but here it is, confirmed.
You feel good and in harmony with yourself, the entire world and everybody in it. Others can feel this, so they in turn are drawn to you; making this a successful day for any kind of group endeavor.
For those of you (myself included) who feel like Doug Melvin overspent on Hoffman, here's your reason. Not only is Hoffman baseball's all-time saves leader, he had additional drawing power today.
Best of all, relations with the opposite sex are at a peak.
I don't know Hoffman's marital status, but if I had made $6 million today my relations with the opposite sex would be at a peak too.
This time also signifies that intellectually based friendships may be plentiful.
Welcome to BCB, Trevor. It's not always high-level intellectual conversation (right now for example, I'm writing about your horoscope), but we try.
Love is in full bloom during this time and now is a good time to demonstrate your love to loved ones.
Obviously, I'll take a check, but if you decide to save that love and apply it to outperforming Eric Gagne's 2008 debut, that works too.
