It's Hiroki Kuroda and the Dodgers against Cliff Lee and the Phillies at 7:07 tonight in Philadelphia. It's going to be cold (43 at game time) and possibly also rainy, and that could make things interesting for Kuroda, who's recovering from a neck injury.

I’m not so sure on that, if the climatology info for Hiroshima is correct. Unfortunately I don’t know of a Retrosheet for the NPB.
