I must say

I loved the Star Wars music when the lineups were announced.

Michelle Obama

Apparently did not go over well at the bar in southern Kansas.

I'm quite enjoying watching CC struggle

Is there some way that they can both lose?

That would be ideal, I think.

I don’t have a category for "washed-up guys who may or may not be dominant big-league closers sometime soon."

So is this effective struggling?

Lots of pitches, but CC’s still getting outs.

It'll be effective until he gets tired

He’s thrown over 45 pitches, compared to Lee’s 27.

I can’t imagine they’ll be too happy if they have to use up a lot of bullpen

I think it's the grunt that does it for me...

Ooo... lovely graphic on the I-95...

I guess I won't be uber excited if the Phillies win the series

but I hope they beat the crap out of the Yankees. Does that philosophy work?

Pretty much sums up my attitude.

If I had to take a side

I guess I would give the Phillies the slightest nod in memory of Harry Kalas. He even did the “play by play” for the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet.

You've got a couple screws missin' up in your toolbox, if you think that you'll stop this man from hittin' moonshots.

I always liked him more doing football than baseball

Though, I only listened to him doing baseball the last few years. So, perhaps, my opinion is skewed

The umps actually made the right call!

FOX already has the home team it wants

So subscribers to the conspiracy theory might well expect the umpiring to improve this series.

5 career WS hits

4 HR.

Cliff Lee is one cool mfer.

I want to see that play behind his back another 12 times.

Can Cliff Lee pitch on three days rest?

Doubt it

But Hamels is set up to pitch game 7 on regular rest.
