Kendall told he's not coming back for 5 Mil
according to the THwitter, Kendall's agent was told the Brewers aren't going to pay 5 Mil for his services. TH figures Kendall will look around. Now this doesn't mean he's not coming back, but HELLZ YES!!! HE'S PROBABLY NOT COMING BACK!!!! POP THE CHAMPAGNE!!!
Best move by Doug since trading for lopez, and before that, trading for CC

Do you think
Doug pretended that he WAS interested in bringing him back for $5 million, just to mess with him? I mean, c’mon, he’s been horrible at the plate.

Interestingly
in 2009, Kendall posted a higher wOBA+ and OPS+ than Carlos Gomez. The same was true in 2008. And 2007.
Maybe we WILL miss his bat next year?

I wonder what Kendall's UZR/150 would be in center ...

Can UZR be negative?
And what about his arm?

I know we'll miss Corey Patterson

Upon further review
Let’s see what the story is once the pitching help comes on board. Maybe Melvin & Co. will be dissatisfied with the pitching upgrades and decide they really need a gritty catcher to help maximize their abilities or whatever Kendall does.

I am a fan of you conveying your message solely in the subject line
"That's not a weird stat. Rickie is a run-scorer," Yost said. "It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter," Yost told reporters. "See, you guys have no concept. He's a run-scorer. So there's nothing weird about it. That's what he does."

But he's getting old fast around here.
That's all I've got for you today, unless you're interested in some Chris Capuano/Tom Haudricourt Fan Fiction.

I think Kendall is going to be signed to $1,5M
but will get paid $5M for starting in 150 games.
