according to the THwitter, Kendall's agent was told the Brewers aren't going to pay 5 Mil for his services. TH figures Kendall will look around. Now this doesn't mean he's not coming back, but HELLZ YES!!! HE'S PROBABLY NOT COMING BACK!!!! POP THE CHAMPAGNE!!!
Best move by Doug since trading for lopez, and before that, trading for CC

Doug pretended that he WAS interested in bringing him back for $5 million, just to mess with him? I mean, c’mon, he’s been horrible at the plate.

in 2009, Kendall posted a higher wOBA+ and OPS+ than Carlos Gomez. The same was true in 2008. And 2007.

Upon further review
Let’s see what the story is once the pitching help comes on board. Maybe Melvin & Co. will be dissatisfied with the pitching upgrades and decide they really need a gritty catcher to help maximize their abilities or whatever Kendall does.
