It seems to me that now that the Yankees have formally released Wang, it would be a no-brainer to try and resign him on the cheap. To me, he seems like less of a risk than a dude like sheets with more upside. Also, the fact that he's a sinkerball pitcher might be a better fit in our hitter's ballpark. Is there someone with math and stats and stuff that can back me up? Stats are sort of like indecipherable magic to me.
