I voted Parra too
Because they’re asking which one needs to “step up,” implying a player not playing to his ability.
Rickie was OPSing .857 before he went down with his season-ending injury du jour. He doesn’t need to step up as much as stay healthy. As for Gomez, as far as we know, he IS playing to his ability - he just might suck (offensively) as a matter of course. Parra is the only one we know of who has the talent and has only occasionally flirted with it.

And he did… for a month or two. I think if he can maintain that, it could be considered ‘stepping up.’
