After the regulars played to a scoreless tie (pleonasm!) through five innings, Brewers prospects took over and pulled away from the minor league A's. Just look at the Brewers who drove in runs: Cutter Dykstra, Corey Hart, Angel Salome (2), Logan Schafer, Vinny Rottino, Scott Thorman, and Alcides Escobar. Some shaky pitching by possibly still developing lefties R.J. Swindle (first BS of the year), Chris Narveson, and Chase Wright kept the outcome in doubt, but Angel Salome's home run in the 9th ensured the victory.
