A rally fueled by two wild pitches and a Prince Fielder RBI single put the Brewers up 3-0 after five innings. The Angels clawed back to tie the game against AAA pitchers Matt Ginter and Richie Gardner, but toolsy prospect Brent Brewer's go-ahead home run was followed by back-to-back doubles by Braun and Scott Thorman and the Brewers held on to win 5-3.
