Odalis Perez re-signs with the Nats on a minor league deal
Someone explain to me what on earth is wrong with Odalis Perez. I just don't see it.

Well, maybe in a couple of years, The Mustache will have built a team thin on pitching and defense and heavy on home run hitters.
Since that’s different from what he’s used to…

So what you're telling me is ...
… our most expensive starter is no better than a Nats minor leaguer.
On the bright side: Does this mean, now, that Looper’s asking price might be in our range? If Odalis could only get a minor league deal when he’s not incredibly worse than Looper … then might we have a shot on a 1-year, $4 or $5 mil thing? Please please please let that happen.

bleh
I just woke up from sleeplessness, and now i know why. What the heck DM, he would rather play for the Nats in that capacity?

Yea
That is pretty bad. Do they even have 5 pitchers better than him that he has to take a minor league deal?

I was thinking that I should submit it into Beyond the Boxscore’s Chart Challenge.
