30 Clubs in 30 Days, Brewers Edition
The MLB Network's take on the local nine will air at 6:30 PM CDT on Sunday, March 15. The link goes to the MLB Network schedule which shows the time of repeat airings.
Has anyone watched any episodes on other teams? I've seen they've been on but I haven't actually watched one. I have heard they're not bad, though.
Finally, tape delayed spring training games are subject to blackout? Whatever your take on blackouts during the regular season, that's lame.

I’m not that enamored of “30 Clubs in 30 Days.” They do interview players, coaches, and front office personnel, and that’s the best part of the show. As we’re already Brewers fans, the talking heads talking about our team will be repeating things we already know. I have watched every episode, mostly for interviews (Trenni managed to get Erik Bedard in an interview where he actually talked!) but the rest really is only of value if you’re unfamiliar with the team being discussed. Also, I hope the Brewers pull Trenni as the on-field host. Hazel Mae is freakin’ awful. My Boston friends and I think she belongs anchoring the 5 AM local news somewhere.
On blackouts: I’ve seen a Red Sox-Twins game on MLB Network that was not blacked out locally. This was probably because it was the NESN feed and FS North was NOT showing the game. I’ll check and see if the Twins game on Tuesday will be blacked out here (once again, NESN broadcast, not being shown in Minnesota.)
Also, in case you’re grousing about why so many games on MLB Network involve the Red Sox, this is why—their RSN broadcasts a metric crapton of ST games. From looking at the schedules, the other early and mid-ST games involve Yankees, Mets, or teams broadcast by Comcast SportsNet.
I think it's Trenni...
She was talking to Brian and Bill during the game broadcast yesterday, I assume she was there for the Brewers edition – was only half-listening.
I loved it....
Since I dont get any local Brewers coverage; I loved this 30 teams Preview.
I think they did a pretty good job…. It was pretty annoying that they interviewed YoGa and kept showing video of Carlos Villanueva throwing the ball. It seemed really stupid; cause the names were on the back of the jerseys. An honest mistake, I guess; but a huge red flag for me.
It was nice to see Trenni; she mentioned that she was excited to see everyone; and the host in studio made a comment about her being a big off-season loss; which was cool. For the record; I still miss Daron Sutton.
The Brewers All Time Highlights were excellent. I could watch the Robin Yount catch from the Nieves NoNo all day.
