The Brewers trailed the entire game, as the Dodgers scored two runs in the top of the first and the Brewers never quite came back.
Manny Parra went four innings and gave up three runs on seven hits, walking one and striking out two. Mitch Stetter threw a perfect inning of relief, but David Riske, Nick Green and Omar Aguilar all gave up runs during their innings.
Lorenzo Cain started in center field and went 1-for-3 with a walk and his first home run of the spring, plus his second stolen base.
