The WBC
I have to say that I am really enjoying the WBC. Not just because there is a Brewer on Team USA either. I don't know if it is just because I am Jonesing for baseball because spring training games are not shown on TV, or if it is the international aspect of baseball. I would suspect it is a bit of both, but more heavily leaning toward the international aspect with players that you don't see throughout the year.
Regardless of Bud Selig's negatives, credit must be given for the WBC and I hope that it continues.
About the only that could make it better would be a lack of Joe Morgan.

If I hadn’t been watching the game tonight with people who cannot speak Spanish, I would have watched the ESPN Deportes feed because there are very few ways that one could be more annoying than Joe Morgan.
I’ve only watched two games involving the US but I’ve seen all but one of Korea’s games, so there’s definitely not a Brewers factor here (except for the watching of DiFelice starts, but that’s over.) The Korean first baseman has really impressed me with his defense.

Not just Korea’s 1st baseman, but also their SS – he made a couple of really nice plays last night.

I love Team Korea
If Team Korea were in the NL Central, I might no longer be a Brewers fan. I realize this is ridiculous, but Bum Ho Lee might be my new favorite player.
Also, cheese.

That about sums it up for me… with the exception of the spreadsheet comment…

agreed
I wonder what most fans think though, the medias out to make it seems like no one cares at all, but I have really enjoyed it both times.

I think that it would have gotten much better reviews by the public if the four letter network put the finals on ABC. for me ESPN is channel 600 – unless I am looking for something – I usually find something else to watch/record.
