Cub fans

I understand why they get the crummy seats. Most Brewer fans I know want nothing to do with the Cub games (and if you have ever been to a Cub Miller game, you know why) and so the Cub fans are going to eat up all the upper deck/lousy tickets available.

What I have never been able to understand is why so many of the season ticket holders sell their tickets to Cub fans (ie. right behind the plate, behind the bases).

I don’t know…maybe they get such a premium price from the brokers that it allows them to take a huge bite out of the cost of season tickets.

by badgermaniac on Apr 11, 2009 9:15 PM CDT reply actions

yeah

and if they are putting tickets up on stubhub (which it seems like everybody is doing now) you don’t know who you’re selling to. The money has got to be hard to pass up.

Also, cheese.

so they could get Opening Day seats. I think they were Brewer fans too, but the Cubs were more important.

The Cubs do that after every win. It just seemed unorganized because Bradly doesn’t really know about it cuz he’s new. Had they untucked their shirts and done it then that would have been a slap in the face.
