Circumventing mlb.tv blackout rules
As a non-possessor of cable, I got upset at being unable to watch Brewers games despite having a subscription to mlb.tv.
That is, until I discovered the following link...
http://www.howcast.com/guides/2094-How-To-Use-a-Proxy-To-Watch-BlackedOut-Games-on-MLBTV
For full disclosure, I haven't yet used it (just discovered today, Brewers don't play for another hour), but from my readings, it should work just fine.
Good luck.

Don't do anything else on the web during the game
There’s nothing stopping any of these free web proxy services from capturing all your web traffic while you’re using it. Better still, install a second browser and use one for mlb.tv and one for everything else. This goes double if you proxy SSL traffic, since the unknown proxy owner will be able to harvest all your “secure” traffic, too.

It's actually ok
This year, the app seems to verify location via a web request, and then streams on a different port. So, the big bandwidth doesn’t go through the proxy.
The problem is sending your traffic through an unknown proxy.

You only need to have the proxy on when you log in...
They only check your location at that point, afterwards you can turn it off and go back to normal.
How?
On that site the only proxys i see are url’s not ip adresses, is that what you guys are using? if so, how?
Thanks
