Forbes Mag says Crew Fans #2 on "Best" List
Forbes Magazine has come up with a way to determine the MLB's "best" fans. As you might guess, "best" refers to the greatest income-producing fans. Given how the media calls Milwaukee a minor market or second tier franchise, you would think Milwaukee would be at the bottom of the list. Not so, on a fan-by-fan basis.

Owner Mark A is a very smart investor, and we are very loyal fans.
I wonder how many other cities without major league franchises currently might be competitive if the MLB and Congress would permit a free market of city-owned teams to exist. But that is another discussion for another day. For now, let's enjoy our #2 ranking as best fans....

Nice to see Milwaukee at #2
Though I think the author missed the mark on a couple points…
Perhaps Brewers owner Mark Attanasio – who made a public outcry for protection from such behemoths as the Yankees after they stole away his ace pitcher, C.C. Sabathia, with an unprecedented $161 million, seven-year contract – will now stop crying. After all, the Bronx Bombers managed a middling $45 in revenue per fan last season.
Ryan Braun: He loves it.
Only $45 each from eleventy million fans.
Poor Yankees.

doesn't this just affirm that we're small market?
few fans, so good revenue per fan? Especially since I’m probably not considered a fan as I haven’t paid a penny this season.
