Chris Cody called up to Nashville
I just blogged on Burns being called up. He's been virtually untouchable this year. Brew fans are going to be impressed.
Seven of his outings this year were stellar or superb. He commanded three shuts out. He's 30 years old and I hope he stays up in the Big Leagues this time. This will be his fourth major league team to play for.
Nashville called up Chris Cody from Huntsville to replace Burns.

This is also covered on a FanShot on the front page.
Thanks for the note on Cody, though.

Out of how many? Were any poor or unacceptable?

Weak outings by Burns this year?
Burns started out 6-0. His last two outings were losses. His most recent loss (5.28) was his worst outing all year: five runs, 8 hits.

battlekow edited title?
Shouldn’t it be, Cody called up to Nashville or Cody called up from Huntsville?
Scored three times and detonated an indisputable in four visits to the batting box.

Haha
I first edited it to “Cody called up to Nashville” and then misread my own edit as “Cody called up from Nashville” and thought I must have just substituted Cody’s name in for Burns’ in the original title. I think I’ll sit the remainder of this FanPost out.

Cody warmed up tonight at Greer
I was surprised to be able to attend Cody’s first warm-up at Greer tonight. Coach Chris Bosio spent some QT with him.
I posted a photo series showing his complete delivery.

It was cool to get his first Nashville autograph too.
He had a tremendous record at Huntsville (6-1).
Bosio told me he was excited about Cody.
