Both Harang and Arroyo cleared waivers today according to John Paul Morosi of FoxSports. Harang has been hittable despite low walks numbers, and with Dusty's usage, may have been ruined. Hitters do have a BABIP 30 points higher than his career average, so maybe he's been unlucky. He's also due 12.5 Mil next year and is due the balance of 11 Mil this year (which is approximately 3 mil from what I figure). Arroyo cleared waivers to, but I'm not going to go into him because despite our pitching woes, he wouldn't be an upgrade. So what do you think?
