Irribarren optioned to make room for Suppan
That means the Brewers will go into the series with 13 pitchers. They will have to make another move on Thursday, when Dave Bush is scheduled to return from injury.
Also means Irribarren isn't eligible for Sept 1st callups. I think he will be available on the 4th.

am I the only person who thinks they should’ve saved the plane fare and just given Iribarren the start tonight?
Also, cheese.
Not a bad idea.
Alternatively, Macha could leave Suppan out there for 170 or so pitches in his next 4 starts in the hopes that Suppan will miss the entirety of the 2010 season.
