Heckathorn
Nice start. I wonder if they’ve blown up his mechanics and put him on a parallel path to injury yet.

At the Rate JJ Hardy is going
They will be lucky to get a bucket of BP balls and a ham sandwich for him. Blah
Everything is just swell :)
Yeah, in AAA
Not sayin’…
I don’t have a category for "washed-up guys who may or may not be dominant big-league closers sometime soon."

refresh my memory how was JJ doing when he was with the Big Club?
he has been in the low .200 all year and like Charlie pointed out this is a guy who was an All-Star what two years ago and he is scuffling in AAA.
by your logic he could also go 0-4 and be that much closer to a BA that starts with a 1
If you were a GM would you give much for Hardy right now? Not that he isn’t worth something but why pay too much to take him off the Brewers hands if they decided they want to move him. The days of saying you could trade Hardy for a pticher like Cain are over.
Everything is just swell :)
Well, the point is not to look at his major league stats
He was sent down to AAA with hopes that he would put the past behind him and figure it out. So it’s unfair to judge his progress based on his major league stats.
Cards Announcers On Gamel's First Career HR, ""That’s all they need is another home run hitter".
He is still 5 for his last 13
I think he’s got 2 HR.

check that. Out of his 11 hits, 3 HR and a 2B

The suspended Nashville game ended as a 6-4 loss.
2-out, 3-run homer by Corey Patterson in the 9th inning, but that was all the offense the Sounds could muster after the resumption of the game. Hardy struck out as a PH during that inning (though not game-ending; that came via a Gamel flyout).
