Impressively, half of them even had more wins than losses...
And Pedro Astacio’s numbers make for a high exhibit for early Coors Field…that 6.23 ERA corresponds to an 83 ERA+ after park adjustment. For comparison, Suppan’s at 82 right now with an ERA of 5.20.

When I saw the title – I assumed that Manny wouldn’t be the first DM acquisition on the list, and of course I wasn’t disappointed.
Did you know that the 1996 Rangers won 90 games with 3 starters with an ERA over 5.19? – All of them were over .500 and had at least 11 wins.
Pavlik 5.19 15-8
Witt 5.41 16-12
Gross 5.22 11-8.
They must have been gritty battlers.
