Parra's MRI Inconclusive; Butler or Narveson (Probably) Start Friday; Burns Called Up
"He will continue physical therapy," Ash said. "Mr. Burns will join us on Friday to make sure we have sufficient back-up."
In Ash language, this means either Butler or Narveson will probably start. As someone going through a similar situation, I can safely say that Parra won't be ready by Friday.

The link says either Butler or Narveson will get the start
Burns is just insurance.

I hope he wasn't on his winter job yet
They probably should have activated him after the 10-day limit was up or Nashville was done, whatever came last, in the first place.
