Two Brewers among 20 best hitting prospects
John Sickels published his 50/50 list (top hitting and pitching prospects). Escobar was ranked at #16, but Lawrie finished at #14! I didn't think he'd be that high.

Is Gamel not considered a prospect anymore?
Because you’d think he would be a better hitting prospect than Escobar.

he is
but sickels gave him a B-, which would make him fall out of the “top 50” and maybe even top 80. Maybe “hitting” isn’t the best word (I just took it from Sickels) because he did give a lot of weight to escobar’s glove.
