Brewers ZiPS available at BTF
Surprisingly good projection for Edmonds (though a bit worse than Gerut), and Lucroy is projected to be best among backup catcher options.
Note the very middle-of-the-road (read: better than you may expect) line for Dave Bush, as well. Not so much for Manny Parra.

I find it very strange that they think Escobar will put up close to the same rate stats as Gamel next year.
Yeah the thing that jumps out at me most is how low the projection for Gamel is.
I have no idea where that would come from.
E: George 4 (5, throw, throw, throw, throw).
MLE-ize his minor league stats...
08 — 272/324/420 (335 BABIP)
09 – 242/309/388 (333 BABIP)
09 MLB – 242/338/422 (371 BABIP)
If you beat down BABIP to anywhere close to league average (.300ish), you can simply average his last couple years and get those numbers. Not saying you should, and not saying I think Gamel will put up a sub-400 SLG this year, but it’s defensible.
Also, cheese.

Yep, that's what Dan said in the comments
ZiPS hates Gamel because Gamel’s an absolute strikeout machine (the biggest improvement from old-style MLEs to my version is that traditional MLEs overrate very high BABIP hitters).
It was a great selection of awesome.
Mark DiFelice
Did anyone notice he’s projected to be our second best reliever? I mean I like Mark DiFelice as much as the next guy but…
But seriously, I also like Rickie Weeks’ projection (even if it is in only ninety games…) and the RBI projections for #3 and #4 in our lineup (#8 and #28, respectively, of course).
And while I like how they think Bush is going to be our third best starter, I can’t help but imagine he’s going to out-produce that K/BB ratio (More the BB). If he’s going to give them a free pass, I think we all know which method Bush prefers (The Jason Kendal way).

I see what you're trying to do with that
