I'm actually voting for Braddock here
Everybody knows he’s had electric strikeout stuff for his whole minor league career, the big question going into 2009 was whether he could harness his control. He responded with a 1.57 BB/9 between A+ and AA to go with a 13.95 K/9 (8.86 K/BB) and a 0.875 WHIP. How much better do you need to get?
Ryan Braun: He loves it.
The innings pitched part is the issue
A top-notch reliever is worth something, but I won’t vote for Braddock here just because of the durability factor. This was a healthy year and he barely threw 40 innings. I value him a lot, but I’m going Lucroy here.
E: George 4 (5, throw, throw, throw, throw).
Good point
Though I think he’s pretty clearly destined for the bullpen at this point and 40 IP isn’t bad for a guy who was used as a reliever all year (although I’m guessing his actual pitch count was relatively low). The important thing is he showed what he can do when healthy, and he had about as good of a year as anyone can have in A+/AA. If he keeps it up I think he can optimistically be projected as a major league closer.

160 or so innings of the numbers he put up and he's the #1 prospect in all of baseball
I do wonder a bit about his future role— this year, he was mainly pitching on a rotation out of the bullpen, like 2 innings every 3 days or 1 every other day. I don’t know how he’ll handle being asked to pitch back to back days. We’ll see how they handle him, but it’s pretty exciting to have a guy this good at pitching in the system.
E: George 4 (5, throw, throw, throw, throw).
I went with Arnett
All of the guys to choose from are nice prospects, but of the names on the list, at least imo, Arnett is the only one with Ace potential or all star quality. Odirizzi has that but is way too raw, Braddock is a relief pitcher, who knows about Salome, and Lucroy, even if successful is a solid major leaguer as his ceiling, which at catcher is quite good.
LuCroy
No reasons.

Lucroy
He’s been consistently good throughout his career at a key position.
"A D+ Grade? That must have been a Wittardo grade"- @73_MC
Yeah, that's my reason
Mostly, also, because he appears to be a nice hitting prospect at a defensively minded position, which also just happens to be a position of great need for the team.

Yup
The main thing that nudged him over Braddock in my mind was the consistency at just about every level. I feel like we know exactly what we’re getting in him.

Plus, of the options listed, he's the only sure thing.
Odorizzi and Arnett haven’t pitched above rookie ball, Braddock has the aforementioned injury concerns and limits, and the organization doesn’t seem sold on Salome.
That's all I've got for you today, unless you're interested in some Chris Capuano/Tom Haudricourt Fan Fiction.
