The Thursday Thinker: Getting Your Offseason Started
As we work our way through the first week of the offseason, it's time to bring back one of last year's most popular features, the Thursday Thinker.
We'll get the Thinker season started with a (relatively) easy one. 43 players appeared in a game for the Brewers this season. How many can you name in eight minutes?
The rules remain the same: Post your score in the comments, but do not comment on any specific answer until after 6 pm Central time, so everyone gets a chance to try it out without having it spoiled for them. And, of course, there's no reason to cheat here, because there's no prizes.
There are a handful of relatively challenging folks to remember here, but some of you will likely guess all of them. If you're one of those people, post your time in the comments along with your score.
Have fun, and don't forget to post your score in the comments!

Only got one of the two debuts in May…for some reason I thought I had used the other guy along the way and didn’t try him at the end.

To see how many gimme's I put in there, I had Mrs. Snow try it.
She got 13.
Now that's great tasting chicken!

I’m most upset with myself for forgetting Todd Coffey. We’re talking “Oh, yeah, he was a Brewer” forgetting, not “I couldn’t figure out which one he is.”

I missed Braun
I think I may have just skipped over the question accidentially

And I felt like an idiot afterwards for some of the ones I didn’t get (Cain, Kottaras, Lucroy, to name a few).

Couldn’t think of the “only position player without a hit” for the life of me, though I could picture his face.

Would’ve have gotten the last, even though it was a guy who has been with the team a while.
I never use a big word when a diminutive word would suffice.

I am just kicking myself over the ones that I missed.

for the life of me, I couldn’t get major league debuts for 5/23, 9/1, 9/10 and 9/10…Time was tickin’ and my brain froze…
